Nokia have concentrated on providing a high quality device that has excellent call handling with easy to install updates. This mini screen car kit is dedicated to calls and a great choice for customers not looking to stream music.

Nokia’s stylish design will suit almost any car interior and the 2.5in TFT 9cm display has a cleverly thin but flexible mounting plate for many positioning options. The screen is clear and easy to read with adjustable RGB backlight colours and auto-dimming or night mode.

The wireless remote can be either mounted on the dash or strapped to the steering wheel, this is a decision of personal choice for customers.  

Talk quality is also excellent thanks to the built-in digital signal processing and integrated 9mm microphone.

Easy CK 200 Updates

This car kit is one of a new breed of devices that expect to require software updates. New phones with new abilities are being released at such a pace, and being able to update is necessary. By detaching the display from mounting bracket, CK 200 updates can be done from a home computer, this is unlike most car kits where you usually have to take the computer to the car. Connection is made directly via a micro-USB lead and please note this universal lead is not supplied in the box.

Using the Remote Control

The remote control has four fuctions buttons and a clickwheel. The functions change depending on whether a call is in progress or not.

1. mute, activate voice dialling (requires compatible phone)
2. Multipoint switch – second paired phone becomes primary device
3. Navi clickwheel – Adjust volume during call, enter phone number or speeed dialling (left), search for contacts (right)
4. Answer a call, last number redial, switch between calls
5. End or reject a call, return to previous menu level, to delete
